PrisonTok Girlies
Shipping & Delivery
Everything you need to know about your order, girlie — in one cozy little place. ♡
Print on demand — 7–15 business days
Some of our prettiest things — like the Journey Along the Fence Line album and the 2027 Connection Calendar — are made just for you when you order. That's the beauty of print on demand, girlie: nothing sits in a warehouse, it's printed fresh with your name on it. Please allow 7–15 business days for it to arrive at your door.
These products print on demand, so please don’t reach out asking "where’s my order?" until 15 business days have passed. Trust us — it’s worth the wait. ♡
Digital downloads — straight to your inbox
Our digital scrapbooks and printable guides are delivered by email — either instantly after checkout or right after we fulfill your order. Nothing ships, so there's no shipping address and no shipping cost. If it hasn't landed in your inbox, check your spam or promotions folder first, baby.
Still nothing after checking spam? Email us and we'll resend it same day.
Physical items — FREE shipping, always
Good news, girlie: shipping is on us! Every physical product — the necklace, the Journey album, the calendar, and printed coloring pages — ships to your door completely free. The price you see is the price you pay, no surprise fees at checkout.
Allow a little extra time around holidays — the mail gets busy for everyone.
Checkout & payments
Checkout is handled securely by Shopify — pay with card, Shop Pay, PayPal, or Google Pay. All sales are final, so please double-check your order before you place it, especially addresses and personalization details.
Still have a question?
We're a small, real team — email us at ptokgirlies@gmail.com and a real girlie will get back to you. For print-on-demand orders, please wait until 15 business days have passed before checking in on your order.
